Warren Ang works with foundations and NGOs as a long-term partner to design and build initiatives to achieve impact at scale through systems change. Their work has shaped US$800 million in strategic philanthropy in Asia across sector building, poverty alleviation, migration and livelihoods, youth and education, aging, and mental health. An example is the Migrants Resilience Collaborative, which has enabled 3 million migrant workers to access government-entitled social security cash and non-cash benefits in India, where he and his embedded team have helped scale the program’s impact by 62 times over five years.

 

Prior to Voyage, Warren was a strategy consultant in both private and public sectors and has served in executive positions at NGOs, grant-making funds, and impact investing funds. He holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
