十年前, AlphaGo 在首尔击败世界冠军李世石,举世瞩目。这是人工智能与机器学习领域的重要里程碑,也让人类对未来既满怀期待,又心生忧虑。 

 

此后,生成式 AI 的迅猛发展,促使许多人将目光转向那些难以被机器取代的能力。这一讨论方向在 2025 年一丹奖会议上再度悄然转变——安德鲁 · 梅纳德教授(Andrew Maynard)邀请与会者重新思考 "何以为人" 这一根本问题,彻底反思教育的方式。 

 

共建以人心联结与关系为根基的未来 

AI 正在改变我们工作、学习与生活的方式。曾经对学业成功来说至关重要的因素:记忆力、常规的问题提解决与结构化推理等能力,正日益被自动化取代。在AI加速发展的时代,建立信任、跨越分歧、化解冲突、共同建构意义的能力,正成为未来学习与教育的核心。 

 

就在当年那场经典对弈的同一家酒店里,韩国前副总理兼教育部长李周浩(Ju Ho Lee)教授拉开了这场以人心联结为核心的会议序幕。本次"一丹奖会议系列:首尔"会议为期三天,由一丹奖基金会与延世大学联合主办,并与 2026 年国际心理测量学会年会同期举行,汇聚各领域、各行业的领导者共同交流互鉴,携手探索通往人际智能未来的路径。 

 

跨学科探索:从学前到晚年的人际智能 

数十年的研究表明,牢固的人际关系是幸福健康生活的重要预测因素。本次会议以来自“斯坦福学习加速器”(Stanford Accelerator for Learning)的伊莎贝尔·豪(Isabelle Hau)提出的"人际智能"概念为基础,探讨如何在个人、社区与系统层面更好地理解、衡量并培育关系能力。 

 

在为期三天的会议中,各领域专家展开跨学科交流、工作坊研讨与共识建构活动,为未来的相关研究及课堂内外的实践应用奠定基础。会议汇聚全球教育、公共卫生、政策制定、心理测量与评估等领域的经验,共同探讨以下四大核心问题: 

  • 如何有效衡量个人、组织与社会层面的人心联结? 
  • 健康、有意义的人际关系包含哪些关键维度与衡量指标? 
  • 如何审慎地将 AI 与科技融入多元学习环境,以支持人际智能的培养? 
  • 怎样的框架与课堂实践,能帮助教师更有意识地培育学生的关系能力?
