十年前,AlphaGo 在首爾擊敗世界圍棋冠軍李世石,舉世矚目。這是人工智能與機器學習領域的重要里程碑,也激發對人類未來既滿懷希望,又心生憂慮的矛盾。 

 

此後,生成式 AI 的迅速發展,促使許多人將目光移向那些難以被機器取代的能力。這一討論方向在 2025 年一丹獎會議上再度悄然轉變—— Andrew Maynard 教授邀請與會者重新思考「何以為人」這一根本問題,徹底反思教育的方式。 

 

共建以人心聯結與關係為根基的未來 

AI 正在改變我們工作、學習與生活的方式。那些曾經被認為是達致學業成功的重要因素:記憶力、慣常解難與結構化推理等能力,正日益被自動化取代。在 AI 加速發展的時代,建立信任、跨越分歧、化解衝突、共同構建意義的能力,正成為未來學習與教育的核心。 

 

就在當年那場經典對弈的同一家酒店裡,韓國前副總理兼教育部長李周浩教授拉開了這場以人心聯結為核心的會議序幕。本次「一丹獎會議系列:首爾」會議為期三天,由一丹獎基金會與延世大學聯合主辦,並與 2026 年國際心理測量學會年會同期舉行,匯聚各領域、各行業的領袖共同交流互鑑,攜手探索通往人際智能未來的路徑。 

 

跨學科探索:從學前到晚年的人際智能 

數十年的研究表明,牢固的人際關係是幸福健康生活的重要指標。本次會議以來自「史丹福學習加速器」(Stanford Accelerator for Learning)的 Isabelle Hau 提出的「人際智能」概念為基礎,探討如何在個人、社區與系統層面更好地理解、衡量並培養關係能力。 

 

在為期三天的會議中,各領域專家展開跨學科交流、工作坊研討與凝聚共識活動,為未來的相關研究及課堂內外的實踐應用奠定基礎。會議匯聚全球教育、公共衛生、政策制定、心理測量與評估等領域的經驗,共同探討下面四大核心問題: 

  • 如何有效衡量個人、組織與社會層面的人心聯結?  
  • 健康、有意義的人際關係包含哪些關鍵維度與衡量指標?  
  • 如何審慎地將 AI 與科技融入多元學習環境,以支持人際智能的培養?  
  • 怎樣的框架與課堂實踐,能幫助教師更有目的地培養學生的關係能力?
